Jul. 20, 2007 - Michael Frith's 'Yacht'

On Friday night we were all invited round to Quiver IV for a Champagne launch of Michael Frith's book 'Yacht' . Described as 'A Handmade Book About Handmade Yachts'. Michael was opposite us at the Boat Show so it was good to catch up

The book contains a collection of his watercolours of the most stunning Classic Yachts hand-bound and numbered in a limited edition. He also very kindly gave two of the prints for auction in aid of the Sail 4 Cancer day on Tuesday. The book has proved very popular, I think he has already allocated a large proportion of the edition. Would make a very special Christmas present for a wooden yacht enthusiast
